Made a reservation with my points. Arrived on site, checked in and were given keys. Going back and forth to bring necessities for the night, we were spies upon (peaked at the corner of the building) and followed. When we asked why they were doing that, the woman asked us to leave. We couldn’t do anything correct....didn’t even have enough time to park correctly.

I had called prior to arriving just to confirm that each room (yes booked2 rooms) , woman asked if they were going to be children, I said tes and that it showed as such on the online reservation confirmation. She said she would charge me more because she didn’t see children. I told her that a screen shot of the online reservation would be shown upon arrival to show her no lies were said, she still insisted on wanting to charge me to which I refuted.

Unprofessional, rude and disgraceful

I WANT points back and I want to be reimbursed for having to now pay out of pocket at a different hotel
