I got a call...asking us to check out...I explained. .manager came personally to my room..then once tealized she was wrong..said ok stay...then after we checked out..I had died my hair...I have never stayed at a lower rate hotel that cared if you used the towels and got Cor on them..so the manager went and inspected the room after we checked out ..now mind you there was a note telling guests their would be no maid service on Christmas...yet she had a 35$ charge takken off my debit card at 1130 am..only 30 minutes after we checked out she said she charged me for the towels and the shower curtain and that I damaged the room...the dye I used will come up with bleach...so for this anger to personally make a point to be vendictive out of her dislike for me..is uncomfortable and a missuse of her manager position
