A complaint about having no water and price to high
I checked in because our shower is being remodeled and our bed hasn't came yet. Was wanting a good night rest on a bed and a nice long hot shower.
I checked in approximately 1230 a.m. the 28th it is now 6 till 4 and still no running water. I'm furious the only answer lady can give me at frontdesk it should be on anytime. When checking in price went up once which I don't mind paying more At last minute check ins anyway.
But I don't feel obligated to have to pay 119$ on a room that doesn't have water.
Not just my room but the whole hotel without water that should be a violation anyway sure.the fire.marshall doesn't know hotel goes hours without any running water. I have to work tomorrow like most people and it's 4 clock and can't shower.

Microtel but I stayed at in Zephyrhills has been a great motel but this one night that I stayed there after a lot of nights they did not give me my receipt for the deposit Night Shift left that’s when
User's recommendation: Absolutely could stay at the Microtel is a great motel. Just need to tighten up on making sure that those that have deposit get their deposit back that’s all.

Could not find any employees in the Microtel Inn in Claremont OK, from 8:45 to 9:45 AM.
Called police and they came to investigate. The police stated I should talk with the city clerk about this issue and file any complaints I have.
An employee appeared and manned the front desk.
He had no statement about the absence of employees in the hotel. He was very sleepy looking and sluggish in his movements and speech.
Had to repeat my request for a receipt several times. Finally, got a receipt.
This is totally unsatisfactory and a big safety issue.
Will find out what insurance the Microtel Inn has and inform that company about the situation.
Preferred solution: Confirmation that the employee problem has been fixed and customer will not be out at risk in the future.

I used my giftcard and the guy at the desk that evening said he had to put 100 on hold due to the giftcard being considered as cash. Well when I checked the balance of the card it was all of the money on the giftcard so we'll over the 100 that was supposed to been held.
When the money was released from hold the exact amount of money that was on hold was taken from my card through cashapp.
It was attempted 4 different times to transfer the money before it was successfully transferred. Oh and I forgot to mention I only used the giftcard at microtel, but the card number was used at the circle k next door before the cashapp transactions.

Ripped off
Horrible experience for a disabled person with medical issues
Made reservation online with Wyndham website for one price ($520), hotel said price was wrong and charged me $60.00 more ($580) upon arrival. THEN charged another $100 for using a debit card.
Went to room, which smelled horrible, sheets and blankets stank, toilet seat was loose (disabled hazard), and AC cover was loose and roaches crawling on the walls.
Was too tired to go elsewhere, and they had my money tied up on my card. On the last day there, I had a medical issue, needed 911, manager came to the door, accused me of smoking in the room and causing damages. Threatened to call the police, instead of 911. If not for my sister calling and threatening them to 911, or he would be held liable, not sure what would have happened.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Manager (owner's son) was rude from start to finish.
One week at this dump cost me $930. Still in legal battle.

I got some bogus excuse about a black and mild cigar being found, not the the room smelled of smoke or there were burns on any of the linens but a black and mild was found in the room. *** I don't even smoke let alone smoke black and milds.
I have stayed in your hotel on so many different occasions in different locations and have never had any complaints until now. I have spent enough money and I want my deposit back as it has NEVER BEEN RETURNED TO ME! Times are too hard to have major fortune 500 corporations taking from hard working individuals such as myself.
I hope this gets resolved properly! It may not matter but I will never stay or recommend anyone else's stay in the near future.
