Privacy violation

Microtel in Augusta violated my privacy. The manager lied about the employee who gave out information. He was concerned about thinking I was trying to pull something instead of giving the name of the employee who worked that afternoon. I told him that my safety was a concern and I didnt feel comfortable staying there. I lost money due to the negligence of an employee. When I called the customer service number to file a complaint, the representative hung up on me when I expressed that I wanted to file a complaint.

Refund needed

We reserved a non smoking room and upon arrival we were sent to a nicotine coated cess pool of a room that even made the hallway stink. I want a full refund because we didn't get to stay and had to rent farther down the road.

User's recommendation: STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM MICROTEL BECKLEY EAST.

Issue with hotel

Stayed at Microtel & was up all night due to the sheriffs department banging on the hallway doors all night. Filed a complaint now have to hear back from them.

A reservation was made through a hotel amd the hotel booked it through a third party

I had a very bad experience at the hotel

Too much to type...your employee at microtel on Eisenhower front desk or manager whatever he is on drugs ord doesent need to be working with the public he went off on my client who is disabled for no reason at all.Lso rude to other guests that there was no breakfast when it was just bag breakfast. Told us he hoped we ever stayed again..

Filthy room

Horrible stay at Microtel suites by Wyndham in Winston, Salem was filthy, gave us an occupied room, then switched to a filthy room, chicken bone on the floor, no towels, no tolitet paper, no coffee maker, trash full, clothing tags in sink, they were rude and a guy came in and picked up bone and vacced and threw some towels on the bed, he just put garbage in the hall, disgusting, want a full refund!

My stay was horrible

The hotel itself was clean and safe. The woman at the front desk was great and very apologetic and helpful. The room was disastrous, The television did not work, no channels or reception. I stood on top of the dresser to unplug and try to reset because that is what the front desk had to do. This worked temporarily. The air conditioner did not work at all the entire stay. Front desk said turn off wait and turn back on. The fan ran with no cold air the entire stay. Would like some type refund considering price i paid!!!
