Microtel Inn - Pissed off

So the price for the room meh no fridge or microwave but charge 50 dollars... that wasn’t really my problem the big huge problem is and I never complain about anything the manager micheal is the rudest human on this earth how he became manger beats me. They charged me twice and he told me it was my fault huh nice and i said he was being rude he carried on I said I’m making a complaint he said whatever I don’t care people like this make a business out of business smh so mad

Microtel Inn - Treated so poorly

I have never felt so unwanted, belittled, watched, judged ect in my life. Almost $500.00 for a week to stay here and was treated so bad.

I WAS TRAVELING TO MONTREAL OTTAWA FROM DOWNTOWN TORONTO. I STOPPED AT YOUR MICROTEL LOCATION JUST OUTSIDE OF OTTAWA ON THE WAY BACK NEAR THE THEME PARK. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A AWESOME ROOM GREAT MANAGERIAL EMPOLYEES WHO CARED SO MUCH ABOUT THEIR GUESTS. I THANK YOU FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE THE TWO DAYS I STAYED IN ROOM 309 WED. AND THURS.
