The manager has not bothered to get ahold of me even though corporate office has asked them to resolve the problem.

Manager herself asked for proof of my dog being my service dog. She was told i do not carry the paperwork on me but k have her registration number and also our digital service card identification complete with picture and my name.

Was still told no and charged $10 for having a pet even though they do not accept pets but welcome service dogs. While other people stood in the lobby watching and humiliating me. After all this after she embarrassed me i get intl the room and i did like it even though i was told i would have a suite my dog keeps trying to dig at something hanging from between the mattresses.. i found erection stamina sex pills in their packaging still but omg were my sheets Even clean?

How in the *** fid the cleaning lady miss that? Long story short when i asked the other lady about it the next morning it ended with me being so upset and mad that i j6st left.

And there was no record of me paying the $10 at all And she tried to get me to sign paperwork when i was leaving i wax responsible for whatever blah blah. .

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: I would absolutely love a full week in a suite something nice and maybe an apology. I am in your hotel I'm the first place for a reason. My mother passed away in an auto accident recently and I am relocating to the area. And all this on top of everything .

Microtel Inn Pros: Hot breakfast, Room setup.

Microtel Inn Cons: Being humiliated, Talked down to, Olympic games going on upstairs above me.

When hotels/motels are operated by third world immigrants they want to run American accommodations as they would in their country of origin.

When they refused your service dog you should have left immediately and filed a complaint.

Dealing with people who would probably be eating your dog in their native country - how can you expect them to understand a service dogs purpose? They can't and they won't change.

I went inside the motel to ask about weekly rates and I was quoted a fortune, I told the lady that I had a service dog and she asked if I had papers proving she was a service dog, well that's illegal. The lady got another lady and I was told that we couldn't stay in a room but we could stay in an apartment that was demolished and the furniture was torn up by another animal.

I am so humiliated and belittled. What kind of place is this?
